WHEN: SEPT. 12 TH 9:00 A.M.
WHERE: RAILSIDE GOLF COURSE GIBSON CITY IL

PLEASE JOIN US FOR A DAY OF FUN AND FELLOWSHIP AT RAILSIDE GOLF COURSE. THIS IS AN OPEN GOLF TOURNAMENT AND ALL ARE WELCOME.

COST IS $50 PER PERSON AND INCLUDES 18 HOLES, CART WITH G.P.S. , LUNCH AND PRIZES. ALSO THERE WILL BE A RAFFLE FOR ADDITIONAL PRIZES.

THE FORMAT WILL BE BEST BALL-GROUPS OF 4 PER TEAM. HOWEVER IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TEAM WE WILL BE HAPPY TO PLACE YOU WITH OTHER GOLFERS.

MULLIGANS CAN BE PURCHASED FOR $5.00-ONE PER PERSON, PRIZES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

1,000 happy people celebrating recovery together. Don't miss it

NON-SMOKING in the meeting rooms and ballroom - however, video monitors will be provided in the smoking area.

$20.00 includes hospitality room with breakfast, lunch, dinner 7 speakers, Thursday Candlelight kickoff, dancing, meetings, workshops and more.

First meeting is Thursday at 7:00.
Arrive erarly to pick up your badge.

Directions to the hotel:
I-40 to Exit 215 Briley Parkway N towards Opryland. Right at 1st Exit- Elm Hill Pike, Right at 2nd traffic light at McGavock Pike. Hotel is left 1/2 mile. Free parking.

This event will be held at the Middlefork Forrest Preserve (Burr Oak Group Area), 5 miles North of Penfield, IL. on the weekend of June 4th, 5th and 6th, 2004

Campfire meetings every night, Saturday Hog Roast, and Sunday morning speaker meeting.

This is our 20th annual campout!

Events:
Friday        
3 PM - ? Setup & Fellowship      
6 PM Melvin's grilled Chicken (bring dish)      
8 PM Open Campfire Meeting      
Saturday      
Day Fellowship, volleyball, swimming, fishing, hiking and kids activities      
Afternoon Alanon meeting (time TBA)      
5 PM Hog roast dinner - bring dish to share      
7 PM Open AA speaker meeting (speaker TBA)      
8 PM Open AA campfire meeting      
11 PM Quiet time      
Sunday      
10 AM Open AA Speaker meeting (speaker TBA)      
Noon Clean-up & departures (vacate by 3 PM)      

Camping is $3.00 per person, per night, 16 years of age, and older. Valid IL Fishing license required to fish. No life guard on duty. Donation cans will be pased at meetings, and also will be available for chicken dinner and hog roast. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior.
