Meeting list report by Frank:  October meeting list is out and available.  Still get some calls for directions to meeting and tries to direct people to our website and google maps on our website.

Next meeting list will come out Jan 06.

Answering service by Larry:  We got a 20% discount for this month.   We get a detailed list of people that call and when they call and for why.  Still questionable why the calls are taking so long.  Larry thinks there is a bug in the program and that the call times are long which is why we got a 20% discount.

We have a six month trial period to decide if we want to stay with them.  Decision to be reviewed in January.

Stanley made motion to up the minutes for the phone service to 400 minutes.

Newsletter by Jay:  Kay has started work on it but lots of room for plenty of other stuff.  To be put together by Hector, Jay & Kay.  Discussed that we might go to once a month.

One suggestion is sobriety anniversaries.   There is a letter that explains that we want to publish once a month and a chart to list members names & sobriety dates and asking groups to let us know of any special happenings, events etc.  to be included in newsletter.

Other help needed!  Melanie volunteered to interview oldtimers for newsletter.

Corrections by Stan:  Corrections budget from district and than private donations.  They are broke!  Women’s prison meeting especially needs literature.  Please give donations to Stan and he buys books and divies them up between the meetings.  Wants to set up meeting for everyone involved with Corrections to get everyone on the same page.  Downtown meeting is down numbers wise, but satellite and women’s are up.  Paxton and Douglas county are still active also.
