Meeting began at 2:00 p.m. with the Serenity Prayer and a reading of the Twelve Traditions.

Secretary Frank G. presented last month's minutes. Passed unanimously.

Treasurer Robert R. stated that the treasury's current balance is $2239.99.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

Corrections— all is well. Tuesday and Wednesday jail meetings doing well.

Treatment— Mike J. is the new chairperson. All is well so far. Will ask for “special needs” funding later on.

Intergroup— treasurer's report presented. New meeting list is out . Website is doing well. New schedule is available for online meeting.

GSR REPORTS

Friends of Bill— meeting is doing well. Speaker meeting is held the third Tuesday of each month.

Rantoul Happy Hour— group is doing well.

H.O.W.— group has seven core members, and is doing well.

Bondville— well-attended group.

One Step at a Time— group will make disbursements at the next business meeting; all is well.

Noon Bird— group is financially sound, and is averaging 22 members per month. All is well.

Tuesday Night Newcomers— attendance is stable. Group is making disbursements on a quarterly basis.

NEW BUSINESS

Suggestion was made for flyer of contacts to facilitate people doing service work through the committees.

A new DCM is needed. GSRs were asked to take the issue to respective home groups for feedback for potential nominations.

District 12 will meet at Full Circle House beginning in February. Meeting was voted non-smoking, with Frank G. dissenting.
